Hi there, we are truly sorry to hear that you've encountered those issues with the XR75X95K TV, we know how frustrating this can be. We would like to help in resolving the issues by providing some troubleshooting steps you can try.
If the TV is losing the internet connection:
1- Make sure that the set is within the recommended distance from the router which is 25 feet away, distances longer than that may cause drops in the connection
2- Turn on simple IP control you can do this by going to settings > network and internet > home network > IP control > simple IP control
3- Try connecting your TV to the 2.4ghz network if your router supports the dual-band connection

For the picture issues:
1- Check if the problem happens only while you're watching a certain app or an HDMI input
2- Make sure your TV has the latest Software version by going to settings > system > about > software update
3- If it happens while you are watching an app you can try clearing the data and cache by going to settings > apps > select the app > click on clear data/cache

While we're glad you like most of the features, we're sorry to hear about the TV randomly freezes, lags, or responding slow to input from remote. This is definitely not the buying experience we want our customers to have. Your feedback is extremely important to us and is very much appreciated. One of the possible solutions to the issue is by simply restarting the TV. To do that, simply press the power button for about 5-10 secs while the TV is on. To make sure your TV runs as smooth as possible, we highly recommend downloading and installing the latest software for the TV.
