Verpackung und Auspacken: Der Nackenlautsprecher kommt in einem kompakten Karton dessen innere Elemente allesamt aus Pappe oder Papier gefertigt sind. Styropor sucht man hier zum Glück vergeblich. Auch die Kabel sind nicht mit Plastik umschnürt und die gedruckten Anleitungen und Garantiepapiere liegen ohne weitere Plastik-Beutel o.ä. bei. Enthalten sind der SRS-NS7 Nackenlautsprecher mit einem ganz kurzen USB-A auf USB-C Kabel (ohne extra Netzteil), sowie der WLA-NS7 Bluetooth-Transmitter, mit den dafür benötigten Anschlusskabeln - einem optischen Toslink Kabel für die Signalübertragung zum Transmitter und einem USB-A auf USB-C Kabel für die Stromversorgung des Transmitters. Ersteinrichtung: Der WLA-NS7 Transmitter ist schnell am TV angeschlossen. Man steckt das USB-Kabel an einem freien USB-Anschluss des TVs an und verbindet dann das optische Kabel. Nun bringt man den Transmitter in den Pairing-Modus, indem man die einzige Taste auf dem WLA-NS7 drückt, bis die Status LED schnell zu blinken anfängt. Der Nackenlautsprecher selbst befindet sich beim ersten Einschalten in Kopplungsbereitschaft, sollte das nicht der Fall sein, bringt man ihn in den Kopplungsmodus, indem man den Ein-/Aus-Knopf so lange gedrückt hält, bis der Lautsprecher sich einschaltet und die Statusansage "Bluetooth-pairing" ertönt. Kurz danach finden sich der Lautsprecher und der Transmitter und eine Verbindung wird hergestellt. Nutzt man einen Bravia XR-TV und möchte man die 3D-Audio-Funktion nutzen, so muss man zudem bei der Audio-Ausgabe auf 3D-Sourround umstellen Setup folgen, sonst setzt man den optischen Ausgang auf "PCM". Erste Erfahrung bei Nutzung an einem "nicht XR"-TV: Da mein TV keinen XR Prozessor eingebaut hat, konnte ich "nur" normalen PCM Stereo-Ton testen. Jedoch ist selbst dieser Ton sehr viel kräftiger und dynamischer, als man es von einem Lautsprecher dieser Größe erwarten würde. Die Bluetooth-Verbindung ist stabil und so weit ich das beurteilen konnte latenzfrei, man merkt also keine Verzögerung zwischen den Bildinhalten und dem dazugehörigen Ton. Durch die Passivradiatoren weiter hinten am Lautsprecher werden Bassfrequenzen verstärkt, welche man durch die Gewichtsverteilung im Lautsprecher (schwere Bauteile scheinen weiter vorne zu sitzen, was einen sichereren Halt am Hals gewährleistet) auf dem Schlüsselbein zu spüren ist. Es fühlt sich fast an, als würde man eine Weste tragen, welche als Subwoofer fungiert. Für mich persönlich wird hierdurch der Effekt sehr gut nachgeahmt, welchen ich bei einem großen Soundsystem mag und bei normalen Kopfhörern immer vermisse. Man bekommt sozusagen das Beste aus beiden Welten. Alternative Anschluss-Möglichkeiten und deren Vorteile: Da ich mit meinem TV sowieso keinen Nutzen aus der 3D-Sourround-Funktion ziehen konnte und ich es etwas störend empfand den Ton nur am Lautsprecher selbst über die Tasten am linken Schenkel des Geräts regeln zu können habe ich den Lautsprecher auch einmal direkt mit dem TV als Kopfhörer bzw. Bluetooth-Lautsprecher gekoppelt. Während direkt auffällt, dass die Tonqualität etwas schlechter ist, als wenn man den WLA-NS7 Transmitter nutzt, so ergeben sich einige angenehme Nebeneffekte. Zum Beispiel ermöglicht eine direkte Kopplung mit dem TV. dass die Lautstärke direkt über die Fernbedienung zu regeln ist, da diese dann den angeschlossenen Lautsprecher kontrolliert. Man kann sich dann also aussuchen, ob man am SRS-NS7 direkt oder per TV-Fernbedienung lauter/leiser machen möchte. Ein weiterer angenehmer Nebeneffekt - mit der "Wiederhabe/Ruf"-Taste kann man dann auch Videos auf Streamingplattformen pausieren. Das funktioniert nicht, wenn man den WLA-NS7 nutzt. Für mich persönlich hat sich die direkte Verbindung mit dem TV durchgesetzt, da hier die Vorteile überwiegen. Auch benötige ich den optischen Ausgang für mein Soundsystem, da dieses etwas älter ist und noch kein ARC unterstützt. Auch sind die Kabel des WLA-NS7 mit knapp 80cm für das optische Kabel und 100cm für das USB-Kabel zwar ausreichend lang für TV Geräte, welche auf einem Side- oder Lowboard direkt auf den Standfüßen stehen, aber leider zu kurz, sollte der TV so wie bei mir an der Wand montiert sein. Da der Transmitter auf keine Aufnahme für den Kopf einer Schraube oder eines Nagels hat, kann man ihn nämlich auch nicht an der Wand unter oder neben dem TV montieren. Da hier aber keine proprietären Kabel oder Anschlüsse genutzt werden kann man natürlich längere Kabel kaufen. Geringes Abstrahlen des Lautsprechers abseits des Trägers: Ich war sehr davon überrascht, dass während man selbst als Träger des Lautsprechers einen Film sehr laut ansehen kann, durch die gute Ausrichtung der Lautsprecher jedoch der Schallpegel um einen herum rapide abnimmt. Das bedeutet man kann selbst einen Film richtig laut ansehen und eine Person daneben hört es sehr viel leiser. Natürlich sind dadurch auch Nachbarn dann nicht gestört, da der Schall dann natürlich auch nicht durch Türen oder Wände dring, wie es mit TV-Lautsprechern oder einem Soundsystem der Fall wäre. Nutzung des SRS-NS7 für Büroarbeit: Oberhalb hatte ich schon einmal die "Ruf"-Taste erwähnt. Die heißt natürlich nicht umsonst so, kann man den Lautsprecher ja auch mit anderen Bluetooth-fähigen Geräten koppeln. In Verbindung mit dem Smartphone und einem damit durchgeführten Anruf glänzt der SRS-NS7 in einer Kategorie, in welcher ich selbst ihn zuerst gar nicht vermutet hätte. Die Sprachqualität für die Person am anderen Ende der Leitung ist klar und es gibt keine Rückkopplung dessen, was man als Träger über den Lautsprecher hört. Selbes gilt für Meetings. Man kann den SRS-NS7 gut den ganzen Arbeitstag tragen und damit an Meetings teilnehmen. Da er sogar eine "Mute" bzw. "Stummschalten"-Taste besitzt (welche nicht nur einfach softwareseitig in der Meeting-Software das Mikrofon stummschaltet, sondern direkt am Lautsprecher selbst, kann man auch ohne weiteres etwas trinken oder einen Snack zu sich nehmen ohne dabei andere Meetingteilnehmer zu stören. Ein sehr angenehmer Ton weist einen darauf hin, dass das Mikrofon gerade nicht aktiv ist. Nutzung als "Allround" Lautsprecher im Haushalt: Da man wie oberhalb schon erwähnt Smartphones (oder auch MP3-Player) koppeln kann, ist es auch möglich Musik, Hörbucher oder Podcasts auf dem NS7 anzuhören. Hierbei kann man sich dann auch durch die Wohnung bewegen und dabei den Haushalt erledigen oder sogar kochen. Da der Lautsprecher spritzwassergeschützt ist, muss man ihn auch nicht unbedingt mit Samthandschuhen anfassen. Fazit: Der SRS-NS7 hat bei mir einen festen Platz in meinem Wohnzimmer gefunden. Gerade als Schichtarbeiter ist es angenehm abends oder nachts noch einen Film oder eine Folge einer Serie ansehen zu können, ohne normale Kopfhörer nutzen zu müssen, bei welchen mit nach einiger Zeit immer die Ohren schwitzen. Auch abseits vom Fernseher bzw. Wohnzimmer ist der NS7 vielseitig einsetzbar. Jedoch ist es schade, dass 3D-Sourround nur mit Sony Bravia TVs mit einem XR-Prozessor genutzt werden kann und man somit bei älteren Sony TVs oder mit Fernsehern anderer Hersteller nie in den Genuss seiner Atmos-Fähigkeiten kommt. Der WLA-NS7 Transmitter bietet latenzfreie hochqualitative Audio-Übertragung und funktioniert sogar mit anderen (Sony-)Kopfhörer wie dem WI-1000X oder dem WH-1000Xm3 (diese konnte ich testen). Ich werde den Lautsprecher jedoch ohne Transmitter nutzen, da die direkte Kopplung mit dem TV einfach flexibler ist.

Bluetooth connection problem

This is the second time I tried to buy a neckband speaker srs-ns7. But both times I had Bluetooth connection problem when I'm listening to music. Every 30 seconds there is a Bluetooth connection problem. How can this problem be solved. I really want to keep this product, but such issues it is not annoying and inacceptable. Please help to solve this problem.

ich hab mir spontan vor zwei wochen den Sony SRS-NS7 Nackenlautsprecher gekauft, da ich sehr viel klassische musik, speziell opern höre & meine nachbarn dies, trotz geringer lautstärke oft nervt. ich wollte keinen kopfhörer, da ich mich nicht von der welt abkapseln möchte, telephon, klingel etc. weiterhin hören möchte. dieses gerät ist wirklich aussergewöhnlich, hätte ich nicht eine so gute beratung gehabt, ich hätte es nicht gekauft, da ich sehr skeptisch war. doch die praxis überzeugt eindeutig! der sound ist sehr gut, unerwartet gut & meine nachbarn hören nix mehr. ich hab mich auch recht schnell daran gewöhnt, dieses neckless zu tragen, nach kurzer zeit merkt man gar nicht mehr, daß man es um den hals trägt. neulich hab ich ihn sogar eine viertel stunde lang in meiner wohnung gesucht (er ist ja nicht wirklich zu übersehen) - doch hab ich ihn nicht gefunden! ich hatte ihn an! und mich dann tot gelacht... sehr zu empfehlen, mE ist das preis-leistungs verhältnis gut! viel freude damit, wenn ihr ihn euch auch kauft.

Bought this on a whim. were pleasantly surprised how good it is. Purely for single user experience. I do have new Sony Bravia Tv, so it integrates well. For me the biggest benefit is the discreetness of not annoying other parties even though it seems loud to me. Only negative for me is a shame you can not adjust the sound volume with the tv remote, you have to press the button on the neckband.

I was looking to replace my old sony headphones when I noticed the wireless neckband, I went on to youtube and found the set up guide and reviews on this product before purchasing them. pretty straightforward to set up took me a few times to take pics of my ears to optimise the sound on my phone. lightweight on the shoulders and no more numb ears with headphones, sound is fantastic only slight issue i have is the optical cable was to short and the charging usb cable could be at least a foot longer making it easier to charge from a socket point overall this neckband is a winner

I got this speaker as a gift over Christmas, I shortly fell in love with it. I use it on daily basis instead of my Sennheiser headphones. The speaker is light and sits on the neck very comfortably. Great versatility in connecting to multiple devices. It connects perfectly to the Sony A9F to enjoy some Dolby Atmos movies, as well as connecting to my phone for meetings or listening to music. Sound quality is great and works great if you have kids and want to listen to you stuff but hear the external noises as well. Setup was very easy and ear adjustment software works perfectly.

I used the unit as a gaming and movie headphone. The major issue I had was the button placements which was inconveniently placed within the neck. Had to memorize button placements to be able to control it with removing it every time. I wish it was compatible with the PS5 but I was forced to do a workaround to get it to work to a certain degree. The audio experience was very good for a portable unit.

Wanted quality sound without earphones/headphones. I was impressed with the quality of the sound, for me just as good as my earphones without the ear discomfort. Light enough that I forget it is there unless I am leaning back against a chair back. Bluetooth is good enough for use throughout my house without carrying my iPhone. Initially bought so I could hear my radar detector when driving on long trips but haven’t tried this yet.

In mid 2021 I saw a live product demo of the Sony SRS-NS7 and was able to inspect but not listen to it. There was a mention that a smartphone app could be used to take pictures of your ears which are then uploaded to an account that you need to create. At the time it seemed like a cool device despite the off-putting price tag compared to over the ear headphones. A year or so later, I purchased a Sony OLED TV and at the same time, noticed that the NS7 had come down in price slightly. Could not find many in-depth reviews online from sources I trusted so took a chance when buying. The reviews that I had found online were either glowing or scathing with some dismissing the product due to the price or pointing out the limitation that certain Sony TVs are required for the Dolby Atmos feature to work. Therefore, I started out with low expectations for the product and initially had mixed feelings. Connecting the hardware was straightforward and clearly outlined in the provided guide. When I turned on my 2021 Sony OLED TV, a prompt appeared onscreen and I was up and running in little time. I did read the guide first and charged the product fully (charging block not provided). When testing for the first time it felt quite strange and I had to double check that the audio was NOT coming from the TV. The moment the neckband is powered on it connects to the TV without issue. I did not and do not like that the volume has to be adjusted on the neckband instead of through the TV remote control. I was surprised how well the audio sounded with the volume set to very low levels. On the TV, I played around with the sound modes and found Dolby Audio, Cinema and Standard to be comparable to each other when watching a movie. The dialogue sound mode made the most difference compared to the others. Initially I found speech sounded a bit strange (almost compressed) but had to remind myself that I am not listening to the TV’s built in audio. The bass effect works quite well and you can feel the neckband vibrate against your shoulders at times. After wearing the NS7 continuously for several hours, I got used to it and it started to make sense. The NS7 didn’t feel intrusive but you do need to sit up or recline with your head straight otherwise the surround effect suffers as a result. Just like over ear headphones the NS7 gets in the way if you lay on your side. I hadn’t tried the built in Mic and did not pair the NS7 with a smartphone as neither feature were the reason for my purchase. You can obviously hear the audio from the NS7 externally if you are in the same room even with the volume set to low. However, the TV itself is muted and does not leak audio into the walls or ceiling above which is great for night time watching. The NS7 audio is immersive when linked to a compatible TV and works just as well as decent headphones. I’d happily recommend these if you are seeking an audio solution other than a full-on Dolby Atmos soundbar or intrusive headphones. The NS7 is well constructed and packaged very well as it should for the price. The audio is VERY good but not perfect and it does take a while to get used to.

I don't have a Sony Bravia TV but it wasn't made clear in the literature that Dolby Atmos would only work with a Sony TV. Even if Atmos is not working (I can't know for sure) the DD Surround Sound does not appear particularly surround-like and hence is not immersive. The sound appears to come from around your neck, not in front or to the sides

Ich habe den SRS-NS7 fast einen Monat und finde es richtig klasse. Leider kann ich nicht alle Funktionen nutzen, obwohl ich einen Bravia besitze. Es gibt Funktionen, die die 2021 Modelle (bei mir der 55x90j) unterstützen und Funktionen, die die 2022 Modelle (55x90k) benötigen. Diese Informationen hatte ich zuvor nicht gefunden. Ebenfalls müssten Fremdmodelle genannt werden, die unterstützt werden bzw. ob spätere Sony-Modelle ebenfalls vollumfänglich unterstützt werden.

I watch a lot of films in the evenings when the kids go to bed. Having recently bought the Sony XR-A95K, I thought I would give these a go. I usually watch films using the Apple AirPods Max. So far - I like them. Infinitely more comfortable than the AirPods and paired with the Sony TV - good movie quality sound. But...do not think that these provide and isolated sound that does not disturb those sitting next to you. They do not. If someone is next to you - they will hear sound, albeit at a low volume. Are they worth over £200? No. If you can get them on a deal then I would definitely go for it.

I had been using my neckband speaker and been happy with it for a while. Finally an audio product that gave great sound without putting pressure on my ears! Imagine my dismay when I lost sound in my left speaker but one call to Sony customer service had me ship it to them, even payed the shipping and a week later I had a brand new replacement and happy to have it, headphones get so hot and uncomfortable. Gotta say Thanks Sony, Great job

This speaker fits so nice and is so light weight that it doesn't bother me at all. Love the sound and in particular the bass. I'm somewhat hard of hearing and this keeps the room from being subjected to the TV being turned up so loud so I can hear. What a great idea.

It's connected to my TV, basically works. Volume control non-existent. Fortunately, whatever its default volume is usable. The 360 Spatial Sound personalizer software can't connect to the proper server. None of the other apps on my iPhone 13 have a problem. So that feature is useless.

This suits me down to the ground I don’t like wearing headphones I don’t like the ones that plug in your ears and the ones that fit over your head make my ears sweat as I wear glasses if I wish to wipe my eyes I have to remove them I do not have these problems with this product and by the way the sound is superb recommend

Die SRS-NS7 sind meine ersten Nackenlautsprecher überhaupt. Ich war neugierig auf dieses Konzept und habe sie mir deshalb dann auch gekauft. Dabei fand ich vor allem die freie Art Musik oder Fernseher zu hören vielversprechend, ohne die ganze Zeit Kopfhörer aufzuhaben, aber dennoch immer den Sound dabeizuhaben. Bei der ersten Verwendung habe ich zuerst die allgemeine Musiktauglichkeit mit meinem Handy getestet. Bluetooth-Kopplung und Einrichtung gingen gewohnt flott ohne irgendwelche Probleme (Android-Handy; LDAC-Verbindung; 3D-fähiger Musik-Streaming-Service als Quelle). Ich war spontan begeistert, wie die Nackenlautsprecher den Sound wiedergaben: wirklich guter Sound, klare Höhen/Mitten und selbst der Bass mit den Vibrationen am Nacken überzeugte mich. Natürlich ist dieser etwas schwächer als bei direkten Kopfhörern, aber durch den Equalizer der Sony-Headphones-App kommt man wirklich auf sehr gute Ergebnisse. Auch die Räumlichkeit von 360-Spatial-Sound oder Dolby Atmos Dateien war gut, wenn auch nicht beeindruckend. Definitiv räumlicher und weiter als ohne. Die Umgebung hört den Nackenlautsprecher je nach Lautstärke durchaus, so dass er weniger für unterwegs geeignet ist, dafür vielmehr zu Hause. Also ideal beim Kochen oder anderen Hausarbeiten oder einfach beim Relaxen, man aber dennoch nicht abgeschottet durch Kopfhörer sein möchte. Die Headset-Funktion hab ich gar nicht getestet, ist aber auch ein potielles Einsatzgebiet. Jedenfalls haben die NS7 für reine Musik mit dem Handy einen mehr als positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. Als nächstes folgte natürlich die Kombination mit Film- und Fernsehen: Die Nackenlautsprecher werben stark mit ihrer Surround-Fähigkeit in Kombination mit einem Bravia-XR-TV. Hierfür wird dann der mitgelieferte Bluetooth-Dongle benötigt, der per USB und optischen Kabel am TV angeschlossen wird. Da ich einen Sony Z9J (mit aktueller Firwmware) habe, erfülle ich eigentlich alle Voraussetzungen. Hier gabs dann gleich die ersten Probleme: der Dongle wurde nicht richtig vom TV erkannt. Letztendlich hat erst ein Werksreset am TV dieses Problem gelöst und der Dongle wurde dann ordnungsgemäß erkannt. Nervig aber nachvollziehbar. Leider wollen die Probleme aber hier nicht enden: die Kopplung zwischen Dongle und Nackenlautsprecher gestalten sich als unkomfortabel bis nervig. Denn der Dongle verbindet sich nämlich gleich mit irgendeinem Bluetooth Device aus der Nachbarschaft, wenn ich nicht gleich die Nackenlautsprecher eingeschaltet habe. Muss dann wieder mühselig alles hin- und herkoppeln. Wenn schon ein extra-Dongle unbedingt nötig war, hätte man hier doch lieber auf einen geschlossenen Funkstandard gesetzt. Hab mir jetzt mit Alufolie eine Abschirmung gebastelt, um zumindest die Fremdkopplung zu unterbinden. Jetzt kommt aber für mich das KO-Kriterium für die Benutzung am TV: es klingt überhaupt nicht gut. Weder mit 3D-Sound noch ohne. Unerklärlich, da der Sound mit dem Handy und Musik ja wirklich gut ist. Die ganze Dynamik ist hier einfach weg. Am TV klingt es, vor allem mit dem beworberen 3D-Sound, als ob die Schauspieler und das ganze Geschehen in einem Blecheimer stattfinden würde. Es wirkt alles durchaus weiter und räumlicher, aber gleichzeitig auch dumpft und blechern. Das macht so überhaupt keinen Spass. Hab diverse Einstellungen am TV ausprobiert, ohne hörbaren Erfolg. Es klang immer besser ohne die 3D-Sound-Funktion, aber trotzdem auch nicht wirklich befriedigend. Getestet hab ich normale TV-Sendungen und Dolby Atmos Content über gängige Streaming-Services und Spielkonsole mit Atmos und UHD-Laufwerk. Zum abschließenden Test hab ich dann mal Streaming direkt über eine Handy-App getestet, also komplett ohne TV. Klingt wieder viel besser und dynamischer. Keine Ahnung, aber am TV klingen die NS7 wie ein völlig anderes Gerät. Alles sehr komisch, so dass ich auch keine Lust mehr habe mich mit dieser Option und dieser Einsatzmöglichkeit weiter auseinanderzusetzen. Fazit: leider haben mich die NS7 sehr enttäuscht, da die Anwendung am TV für mich nicht in Frage kommt. Der Sound ist hier inakzeptabel und generell finde ich die Bluetooth-Ansteuerung mit dem Dongle ungeschickt umgesetzt. Ein Lichtblick dagegen ist die alleinige Verwendung am Handy für Musik. Hier spielt die NS7 ihre wahre Stärken aus und sind aus meiner Sicht mehr als überzeugend für diese Anwendung.

Impressive sound and much more comfortable than headphones. I'm using with a non-Sony laptop and TV so I'm not getting the Dolby Atmos feature but, honestly, it sounds decent to me. The built-in microphone is also very handy and isn't called out very prominently in the feature description. It would be even better if it could be used while it's charging but I'm not knocking any points off for that. It really is not very audible to anyone else in the room just as claimed.

I’ve had these speakers around two weeks now & I’m so pleased with them. It’s like having a cinema on your shoulders! One slight problem, the speakers tend to “slip” off the back of my neck. If the speakers were weighted at the front of the unit, this in my opinion will keep the speakers in place.

Ich bin soweit zufrieden, da ich Schichtdienstler bin ganz praktisch auch mal Nachts Filme/Serien mit ordentlich Lautstärke zu schauen. Die Klangqualität ist gut bis sehr gut. Da ich ein Sony TV Gerät von 2021 besitze, komme ich auch den Dolby Atmos Genuss was sehr zu meiner Kaufentscheidung beigetragen hat. Dieser ist wahrnehmbar zu hören, aber natürlich kein Vergleich zu einer richtigen Dolby Atmos Anlage. Achso, und das man nun die Bässe regelrecht spürt, ist auch ein nettes Feature.

Verpackung und Auspacken: Der Nackenlautsprecher kommt in einem kompakten Karton dessen innere Elemente allesamt aus Pappe oder Papier gefertigt sind. Styropor sucht man hier zum Glück vergeblich. Auch die Kabel sind nicht mit Plastik umschnürt und die gedruckten Anleitungen und Garantiepapiere liegen ohne weitere Plastik-Beutel o.ä. bei. Enthalten sind der SRS-NS7 Nackenlautsprecher mit einem ganz kurzen USB-A auf USB-C Kabel (ohne extra Netzteil), sowie der WLA-NS7 Bluetooth-Transmitter, mit den dafür benötigten Anschlusskabeln - einem optischen Toslink Kabel für die Signalübertragung zum Transmitter und einem USB-A auf USB-C Kabel für die Stromversorgung des Transmitters. Ersteinrichtung: Der WLA-NS7 Transmitter ist schnell am TV angeschlossen. Man steckt das USB-Kabel an einem freien USB-Anschluss des TVs an und verbindet dann das optische Kabel. Nun bringt man den Transmitter in den Pairing-Modus, indem man die einzige Taste auf dem WLA-NS7 drückt, bis die Status LED schnell zu blinken anfängt. Der Nackenlautsprecher selbst befindet sich beim ersten Einschalten in Kopplungsbereitschaft, sollte das nicht der Fall sein, bringt man ihn in den Kopplungsmodus, indem man den Ein-/Aus-Knopf so lange gedrückt hält, bis der Lautsprecher sich einschaltet und die Statusansage "Bluetooth-pairing" ertönt. Kurz danach finden sich der Lautsprecher und der Transmitter und eine Verbindung wird hergestellt. Nutzt man einen Bravia XR-TV und möchte man die 3D-Audio-Funktion nutzen, so muss man zudem bei der Audio-Ausgabe auf 3D-Sourround umstellen Setup folgen, sonst setzt man den optischen Ausgang auf "PCM". Erste Erfahrung bei Nutzung an einem "nicht XR"-TV: Da mein TV keinen XR Prozessor eingebaut hat, konnte ich "nur" normalen PCM Stereo-Ton testen. Jedoch ist selbst dieser Ton sehr viel kräftiger und dynamischer, als man es von einem Lautsprecher dieser Größe erwarten würde. Die Bluetooth-Verbindung ist stabil und so weit ich das beurteilen konnte latenzfrei, man merkt also keine Verzögerung zwischen den Bildinhalten und dem dazugehörigen Ton. Durch die Passivradiatoren weiter hinten am Lautsprecher werden Bassfrequenzen verstärkt, welche man durch die Gewichtsverteilung im Lautsprecher (schwere Bauteile scheinen weiter vorne zu sitzen, was einen sichereren Halt am Hals gewährleistet) auf dem Schlüsselbein zu spüren ist. Es fühlt sich fast an, als würde man eine Weste tragen, welche als Subwoofer fungiert. Für mich persönlich wird hierdurch der Effekt sehr gut nachgeahmt, welchen ich bei einem großen Soundsystem mag und bei normalen Kopfhörern immer vermisse. Man bekommt sozusagen das Beste aus beiden Welten. Alternative Anschluss-Möglichkeiten und deren Vorteile: Da ich mit meinem TV sowieso keinen Nutzen aus der 3D-Sourround-Funktion ziehen konnte und ich es etwas störend empfand den Ton nur am Lautsprecher selbst über die Tasten am linken Schenkel des Geräts regeln zu können habe ich den Lautsprecher auch einmal direkt mit dem TV als Kopfhörer bzw. Bluetooth-Lautsprecher gekoppelt. Während direkt auffällt, dass die Tonqualität etwas schlechter ist, als wenn man den WLA-NS7 Transmitter nutzt, so ergeben sich einige angenehme Nebeneffekte. Zum Beispiel ermöglicht eine direkte Kopplung mit dem TV. dass die Lautstärke direkt über die Fernbedienung zu regeln ist, da diese dann den angeschlossenen Lautsprecher kontrolliert. Man kann sich dann also aussuchen, ob man am SRS-NS7 direkt oder per TV-Fernbedienung lauter/leiser machen möchte. Ein weiterer angenehmer Nebeneffekt - mit der "Wiederhabe/Ruf"-Taste kann man dann auch Videos auf Streamingplattformen pausieren. Das funktioniert nicht, wenn man den WLA-NS7 nutzt. Für mich persönlich hat sich die direkte Verbindung mit dem TV durchgesetzt, da hier die Vorteile überwiegen. Auch benötige ich den optischen Ausgang für mein Soundsystem, da dieses etwas älter ist und noch kein ARC unterstützt. Auch sind die Kabel des WLA-NS7 mit knapp 80cm für das optische Kabel und 100cm für das USB-Kabel zwar ausreichend lang für TV Geräte, welche auf einem Side- oder Lowboard direkt auf den Standfüßen stehen, aber leider zu kurz, sollte der TV so wie bei mir an der Wand montiert sein. Da der Transmitter auf keine Aufnahme für den Kopf einer Schraube oder eines Nagels hat, kann man ihn nämlich auch nicht an der Wand unter oder neben dem TV montieren. Da hier aber keine proprietären Kabel oder Anschlüsse genutzt werden kann man natürlich längere Kabel kaufen. Geringes Abstrahlen des Lautsprechers abseits des Trägers: Ich war sehr davon überrascht, dass während man selbst als Träger des Lautsprechers einen Film sehr laut ansehen kann, durch die gute Ausrichtung der Lautsprecher jedoch der Schallpegel um einen herum rapide abnimmt. Das bedeutet man kann selbst einen Film richtig laut ansehen und eine Person daneben hört es sehr viel leiser. Natürlich sind dadurch auch Nachbarn dann nicht gestört, da der Schall dann natürlich auch nicht durch Türen oder Wände dring, wie es mit TV-Lautsprechern oder einem Soundsystem der Fall wäre. Nutzung des SRS-NS7 für Büroarbeit: Oberhalb hatte ich schon einmal die "Ruf"-Taste erwähnt. Die heißt natürlich nicht umsonst so, kann man den Lautsprecher ja auch mit anderen Bluetooth-fähigen Geräten koppeln. In Verbindung mit dem Smartphone und einem damit durchgeführten Anruf glänzt der SRS-NS7 in einer Kategorie, in welcher ich selbst ihn zuerst gar nicht vermutet hätte. Die Sprachqualität für die Person am anderen Ende der Leitung ist klar und es gibt keine Rückkopplung dessen, was man als Träger über den Lautsprecher hört. Selbes gilt für Meetings. Man kann den SRS-NS7 gut den ganzen Arbeitstag tragen und damit an Meetings teilnehmen. Da er sogar eine "Mute" bzw. "Stummschalten"-Taste besitzt (welche nicht nur einfach softwareseitig in der Meeting-Software das Mikrofon stummschaltet, sondern direkt am Lautsprecher selbst, kann man auch ohne weiteres etwas trinken oder einen Snack zu sich nehmen ohne dabei andere Meetingteilnehmer zu stören. Ein sehr angenehmer Ton weist einen darauf hin, dass das Mikrofon gerade nicht aktiv ist. Nutzung als "Allround" Lautsprecher im Haushalt: Da man wie oberhalb schon erwähnt Smartphones (oder auch MP3-Player) koppeln kann, ist es auch möglich Musik, Hörbucher oder Podcasts auf dem NS7 anzuhören. Hierbei kann man sich dann auch durch die Wohnung bewegen und dabei den Haushalt erledigen oder sogar kochen. Da der Lautsprecher spritzwassergeschützt ist, muss man ihn auch nicht unbedingt mit Samthandschuhen anfassen. Fazit: Der SRS-NS7 hat bei mir einen festen Platz in meinem Wohnzimmer gefunden. Gerade als Schichtarbeiter ist es angenehm abends oder nachts noch einen Film oder eine Folge einer Serie ansehen zu können, ohne normale Kopfhörer nutzen zu müssen, bei welchen mit nach einiger Zeit immer die Ohren schwitzen. Auch abseits vom Fernseher bzw. Wohnzimmer ist der NS7 vielseitig einsetzbar. Jedoch ist es schade, dass 3D-Sourround nur mit Sony Bravia TVs mit einem XR-Prozessor genutzt werden kann und man somit bei älteren Sony TVs oder mit Fernsehern anderer Hersteller nie in den Genuss seiner Atmos-Fähigkeiten kommt. Der WLA-NS7 Transmitter bietet latenzfreie hochqualitative Audio-Übertragung und funktioniert sogar mit anderen (Sony-)Kopfhörer wie dem WI-1000X oder dem WH-1000Xm3 (diese konnte ich testen). Ich werde den Lautsprecher jedoch ohne Transmitter nutzen, da die direkte Kopplung mit dem TV einfach flexibler ist.

Hat mich wirklich überrascht und man muss es ausprobieren um es zu "Verstehen". Surround Sound ist auch Klasse, ABER was ich aber wirklich frech finde ist das Dolby Atmos nur mit der Aktuellen Bravia Generation läuft und nicht z.B. mit meinem XH90. Technisch dürfte es ja kein Problem sein oder? Über einen Patch würde ich mich natürlich sehr freuen!

Die Idee für ein solches Produkt kam mir selbst durchaus auch schon mal in den Sinn. Insbesondere dann, wenn man alleine zuhause ist und bewusst keinen Kopfhörer aufsetzen möchte, z.B. aus Komfortgründen oder weil man sich nicht komplett abschotten möchte. Mit dem SRS-NS7 folgt einem die Musik überall hin. Die Transparenz des Sounds bzw. die räumliche Aufteilung des Sounds klappt verblüffend gut und ist absolut überzeugend. Für mich könnten die Bässe noch etwas präsenter sein, aber hier mangelt es offensichtlich an (Gehäuse-)Volumen. Zudem ist mir aufgefallen, dass man ein leichtes Kribbeln am Schlüsselbein spürt, wenn tiefere Töne wiedergegeben werden. Von daher ist es wiederum in Ordnung, dass die Bässe nicht ganz so präsent sind. Der Tragekomfort ist sehr gut, außer dem oben beschriebenen kribbeln im Schlüsselbeinumfeld ist mir nichts Störendes aufgefallen. Die Verbindung mit einem Smartphone bzw. mit dem mitgelieferten Connector für die optisch digitale Verbindung zum TV Gerät klappt sehr gut und ist absolut unproblematisch. Auch wenn das Produkt beim Tragen ein wenig ungewöhnlich aussieht, ich finde es sehr mutig und innovativ von Sony, dieses Produkt entwickelt und zu einem fairen Preis in den Markt gebracht zu haben. Deshalb in Summe 5 Sterne (4 beim Klang wegen der Bässe) aus meiner Sicht.

Been using these neck-speakers now for a month. They sound great but seem to be impossible to connect to windows OS because the Sony Headphone and Music center Apps are not available in the windows app store. You need Google Play Store but even the Chrome Browser will not allow you to download the Google Play Store App on a windows 10 or 11 computer. The headphones pair perfectly with my iphone

My First Wearable Speaker

I bought this as I watch TV a lot while in bed and I have tinnitis, so I normally keep the volume higher than average, especially for music and speaking. With this speaker I get clear voice, good sound effects, even improved bass at a level that anyone not immediately next to me really can't hear. It's wonderful for movies as well. I'm very happy with this product.

Als ich die Einladung zum Produkttest in meinem Postfach entdeckt habe (danke Sony!), dachte ich mir: Okay - sieht ganz nett aus, kann man mal ausprobieren. Aber braucht man sowas? Naja ... Jetzt möchte ich meinen Nackenbügel-Lautsprecher nicht mehr her geben! :) Es ist wirklich erstaunlich, was für einen satten und runden Sound so en kleines und unscheinbares Teil produzieren kann. Top! Der SRS-NS7 kommt gut und ohne viel Plastik verpackt daher. Im Lieferumfang enthalten ist zusätzlich zum Lautsprecher selbst ein Ladekabel und ein Sender mit USB- und optischem Kabel. Die Verbindung entweder über den Sender mit einem Bravia XR TV oder per Bluetooth mit jedem beliebigen Gerät ist denkbar einfach und unkompliziert. Über die zugehörige App "360 Spatial Sound Personalizer" kann die Kopfform analysiert werden, sodass die vrituellen Surround-Lautsprecher optimal für den Nutzer positioniert werden können. Dafür macht die App jeweils ein Foto von jedem Ohr - das war's. Das Surround-Erlebnis, das dadurch entsteht, ist absolut faszinierend! Man fühlt sich, als würde man in einer Sound-Glocke sitzen. Volle Klänge und satte Bässe - das Standard-Surround-System mit gefühlt 50 nervigen Boxen liegt auf einmal angenehm leicht auf er Schulter. Top! Man fühlt sich, als würde man mitten im Filmgeschehen sitzen! Kleines Manko - wenn man Filme nicht allein schaut, bräuchte natürlich jeder so einen Nackenbügel-Lautsprecher. Der Lautsprecher eignet sich auch bestens, um Musik zu hören. Was er im 3D-Raumklang kann, kommt ihm auch beim Abspielen von Musik zugute. Runder Sound und satte Bässe - das Gefühl der "Sound-Glocke" kommt auch hier auf. Eines meiner persönlichen Highlights ist die Nutzung des Lautsprechers als Headset im Homeoffice - ob zum telefonieren oder bei Online-Meetings. Man hat die Hände frei und im Gegensatz zum normalen Headset weder etwas in oder auf dem Ohr, was mit der Zeit unangenehm wird. Die Gesprächsqualität ist für den Benutzer sowie den Gesprächspartner sehr gut und die Stimme wird klar aufgezeichnet. Optisch wirkt der Lautsprecher vor der Kamera wie ein Kragen, fällt also kaum auf. Mein persönliches Fazit - ich will den SRS-NS7 nicht mehr missen! Klare Kaufempfehlung für jeden, der auf guten Sound steht!

Ich durfte das kleinere Modell testen und war damit schon sehr zufrieden. Das große Modell ist vom Klang nicht zu schlagen und erfüllt mehr als meine Erwartungen. Es macht Spaß und man ist nicht von der Außenwelt abgekapselt. Kann man auch zum spazieren gehen oder shoppen benutzen und ist telefonisch immer erreichbar. Radio hören oder andere Musik ist kein Problem solange es am Mobiltelefon gekoppelt ist.

Der Nackenbügel Lautsprecher ist ein super Gadget um beim Spielen an der Konsole oder beim Filme schauen. Die Bedinung und die Kopplung über Bluetooth ist sehr leicht und funktioniert ohne Probleme. Der Klang ist sehr gut und durch die Dolby Atmos Funktion ist man mitten im Geschehen. Der Akku lässt keine Wünsche offen. Er hält sehr lang. Der Sitz des Bügellautsprechers ist sehr komfortabel und stört nicht. Ich will ihn beim Spielen nicht mehr missen

Nach einer extrem simplen Kopplung per Bluetooth mit einem entsprechenden Wiedergabegerät (Samsung Android 11-Handy, Windows 11 PC oder mittels dem mitgelieferten Adapter zum Anschluss per optischen Digitalkabel an Fernseher - hier Sony Fernseher :-) ) kam das große Staunen: extrem fein aufgelöster 360-Grad-Raumklang mit (für die Größe des Nackenbügel-Lautsprechers) sattem Bass und brillanten Höhen! So "losgelöst" von Lautsprecher / Kopfhörer wie ich es für den Preis des Gerätes nie erwartet hätte, TOP! Der Tragekomfort des Nackenbügels ist prima, nach paar Minuten fühlt man ihn eigentlich nicht mehr. Dank des integrierten Mikrofons ist bei Koppelung mit Telefon das Gerät auch als "Freisprecheinrichtung" zu nutzen, der Höreindruck (auch für den Gesprächspartner) ist auch hier sehr gut. Die 12 Stunden Nutzbarkeit mit einer Akkuladung habe ich nicht ganz erreicht (10,5 Stunden Durchschnitt bei 3 Ladungen), das ist aber nicht wirklich kritisch, da der Lautsprecher durch Schnelllademöglichkeit schnell wieder einsatzbereit ist.

Meiner Meinung nach ist es das beste Produkt, was Sony dieses Jahr auf dem Markt gebracht hat. Ja ich weiß, die neuen TV's und Kameras sind auch nicht ohne. Und auch, wenn die topp sind, waren sie keine Überraschung. Der SRS-NS7 Lautsprecher ist eine echte Neuheit und eine absolute Überraschung. Ich benutze das Gerät seit gut 2 Wochen, es ist immer dabei. Grundsätzlich ist die Idee das der Lautsprecher mit einem Bravia TV verbunden werden soll, er kann aber viel mehr egal, ob ein Laptop oder ein Handy, ich nutze diesen auch mit meinem Beamer. Stundenlange Meetings im Home-Office machen plötzlich Spaß, ich kann mich im Raum frei bewegen, und meine Ohren leiden nicht unter einem Kopfhörer. Zusätzlich kann ich weiterhin die Umgebung um mich wahrnehmen. Im Verbindung mit einem Bravia TV der neusten Generation kann ich auch das 360 Audio und Dolby Atmosphäre genießen. Mein Home Cinema ist immer noch besser, aber mit dem SRS-NS7 kann ich einen sehr guten Sound genießen, ohne alle im Haus zu stören. Wie immer gibt es noch Verbesserungspotential. Zum einen kann ich das Gerät nicht nutzen, wenn es gerade aufgeladen wird, es ist schade, da ich ja im Home-Office oder beim Filme schauen oft sowieso sitze und ich diesen Lautsprecher ohne weiteres auch von eine Powerbank aufladen könnte. Und ich würde mir wünschen, dass ich ein "echtes" Multi Pair haben könnte, sprich gleichzeitig Zweigeräte koppeln, das funktioniert aber mit Einschränkungen. Und zum Schluss, und hier bin ich mir nicht sicher, ob ich es noch nicht gefunden habe oder es die Funktion einfach nicht gibt, aber ich würde mir wünschen, dass der Transmitter, der dabei ist, auch gleichzeitig zwei Geräte mit Sound versorgen kann, sodass ich mit meiner Frau abends etwas schauen kann. So ist es leider noch begrenzt. Nichtsdestotrotz ist es eine Entdeckung für mich, ich kann diesen Lautsprecher nur weiterempfehlen. Endlich mal was wirklich Neues. Danke Sony.

Das Design des SRS-NS7 passt sich sehr gut an den Nacken an. Das Gewicht fühlt sich ausgeglichen und gut verteilt an. Durch die Silikonhülle lässt er sich leicht reinigen und das spritzwassergeschützte IPX4 Design sorgt dafür das man ihn in fast allen Lebenslagen trage kann. Die Kopplung mit verschiedenen Endgeräten ( BraviaTV, Xperia-Handy, Laptop und Windows-PC) hat ohne Komplikationen funktioniert. Für die Verbindung mit dem TV-Gerät steht ein mitgelieferter Sender zur Verfügung. Er minimiert Audioverzögerungen damit der Sound perfekt zum Bild passt. Durch den 360° Raumklang und die Dolby Atmos Unterstützung fühlt es sich an mitten im Musikerlebnis bzw. Filmgeschehen zu sein. Bei verschiedenen Musik-Streaming Anbietern gibt es mittlerweile ein sehr großes Angebot, welches den 360 Reality Audio Sound unterstützt. Hierfür ist man mit dem SRS-NS7 sehr gut ausgestattet. Mit der Freisprechfunktion lässt es sich sehr gut telefonieren. Durch Mehrpunkt-Verbindungen ist es möglich zwei Geräte gleichzeitig zu verbinden. Somit ist man gut ausgerüstet für Telefonate und Online- Konferenzen. Es treten keinerlei Rückkopplungseffekte auf. An der Akkulaufzeit, von bis zu 12 Stunden, gibt es nichts auszusetzen. In der Headphones Connect App kann man die verbleibende Akkulaufzeit im Blick behalten. Wenn es doch mal eng werden sollte, steht eine 10 Minuten Schnellladefunktion zur Verfügung. Dadurch bekommt man nochmal bis zu einer Stunde Wiedergabezeit dazu. Als Anschlussmöglichkeit gibt es einen USB-Anschluß Type C. Bei der Verpackung setzt legt Sony wert auf Umweltverträglichkeit und reduziert den Kunststoffanteil Verpackung auf unter 5 Prozent. Mein Fazit zum SRS-NS7 ist, ein rundum gelungener Nackenkopfhörer mit klasse Sound für bestes Musik- und Kinoerlebnis.

Das Produkt überzeugt durch sein Design und dem Sound. Durch den Dolby Atmos Sound hat man ein super Klangerlebnis. Ich bin sehr positiv überrascht von den „Kopfhörern“ hätte nicht gedacht das der Sound richtig rüberkommt aber es ist einfach nur genial.

Das Design des SRS-NS7 ist interessant und erinnert im ersten Moment an eine Nackenkissen. Aber der Lautsprecher pass wunderbar in den Nacken und trägt sich angenehm. Das Pairing mit jeglichem Bluetooth-Fähigem Gerät klappt einfach und ohne Probleme (u.A: Android Handy und Windows 10 PC) Das besondere ist, das der Lautsprecher auch an jedem TV mit optischem Ausgang über den mitgelieferten Adapter gepaart werden kann um hier dann den Cinema Sound genießen zu können. Der Lautsprecher ist in der Lage 360 grad Sound wiederzugeben, so das Filme in gutem Sourround-Sound geschaut werden kann. Der Sound ist erstaunlich gut und satt. Der Bass kommt gut rüber und wird durch die Nackenlage gut spürbar ausgegeben. Der Lautsprecher beinhaltet auch ein Mikrofon, so dass das Gerät auch als Freisprecheinrichtung genutzt werden kann.

Der Klang des Lautsprechers ist sehr gut vorallem in der Kombination mit der XR Reihe. Auch wenn der Dolby Atmos Sound nicht so richtig rüber kommt wie z.B in einem Kino oder mit Boxen. Ansonsten liegt das Gerät sehr angenehm auf den Schultern. Die Lautstärke kann während der Benutzung nur am Lautsprecher selber verstellt werden. Die Einrichtung ist schnell abgeschlossen, ich empfehle zusätzlich für die optimale Soundkulisse die App 360° Spatial Sound Personalizer zu benutzen.

Habe das bereitgestellt bekommen und wäre vorher kaum auf die Idee gekommen, ob man das braucht. Doch im lebendigen Haushalt, sorgt man ohne die anderen groß zu behelligen für tolles Entertainment. Sowohl am TV als auch übers Handy ein toller Klang, lange Akkulaufzeit. Möchte es nicht mehr missen.

Ich konnte mir nicht vorstellen, dass dieser Nackenbügel-Lautsprecher das Hörerlebnis im Vergleich mit guten Kopfhörern noch deutlich steigern kann und bin sowohl beeindruckt als auch begeistert. Insbesondere gekoppelt mit Sony Bravia XR Fernsehern (Dolby Atmos-kompatibel) zaubert der Nackenbügel mit enormem Schalldruck einen unglaublichen Raumklang. Installation und Verbindung sind sehr einfach: Den mitgelieferten Funksender einfach mit einem optischen und einem USB-Kabel an den Fernseher anschließen und den SRS-NS7 via Bluetooth mit dem Sender koppeln. Der Bravia XR TV führt durch die individuellen Einstellungen einschließlich des persönlichen Hörprofils, das eine individuelle Anpassung an einzelne Nutzer erlaubt. Der Nackenbügel liegt leicht und angenehm auf den Schultern auf -kein Vergleich zu Kopförern, zumal Umgebungsgeräusche wahrnehmbar bleiben. In Verbindung mit laptop oder smartphone erlaubt der SRS-NS7 aber auch die direkte Annahme von Telefongesprächen - stundenlang! Tragekomfort und Akkuleistung (12 Stunden) setzen dem keine Grenzen.

Die beste Lösung für zu Hause ! Seit ich das Gerät besitze, möchte ich diesen Nackenbügel-Lautsprecher nicht mehr missen. Keine störenden Kabel, lange Akkulaufzeit und perfekter Hörgenuss auch während der Arbeit !!! Die große Besonderheit dieses Modells ist die Unterstützung für Dolby Atmos und für Sony 360 Spatial Sound, wodurch Inhalte besonders räumlich klingen sollen. Der Akku hält bis zu zwölf Stunden, bei voller Lautstärke sind immerhin fünf Stunden Wiedergabe möglich, geladen wird über USB-C mit 7,5 Watt, sodass nach zehn Minuten am Netzteil eine Stunde Wiedergabe möglich sein soll. Unterstützung für AAC, SBC und LDAC. Integrierte Mikrofone ermöglichen es, den Nacken-Lautsprecher für Videokonferenzen oder Telefonate zu nutzen. Eine IPX4-Zertifizierung soll sicherstellen, dass Wasserspritzer dem Lautsprecher nichts anhaben können.

I love these speakers, the sound is absolutely great! I really liked the idea of having my own personal speakers, as I find wearing headphones a bit too isolating at times, i.e. late night TV watching without disturbing others, but these are perfect. The sound married with my Bravia XR TV via the supplied wireless transmitter, is fantastic, with really good bass. The 360 sound field really does contain the volume to my head space. Listening to 360 enabled music tracks is also fantastic, I am sure this format will become much more widespread soon. The way the music jumps around your head space is incredible, it really does create a 3D sound image. This can be configured to your actual ear shape via an app which is very clever. The neckband is very comfortable, you don't really notice you are wearing it, its great for hands free voice calls too. Battery life is also excellent, I would really recommend it.

I was excited to be given this neckband speaker so I could finally see what Dolby Atmos was really like. Set up was very simple with my Bravia X90J XR TV, just plugged the transmitter into the optical port and USB, it then connects to the speaker using Bluetooth (it also disables the TV speakers). The sound quality was very good and you quickly forget your wearing a speaker if it wasn't that you get the occasional vibration from certain frequencies. Controls are simple, on/off on one side and volume on the other. I have a Sony soundbar with a wireless sub which is probably 10 years old but still gives good quality surround sound and I honestly can't say I found the shoulder speaker any better of an experience, I thought I would have some sort of revelation with Dolby Atmos but disappointingly it didn't happen for me. I can definitely see the appeal of watching something at a decent volume and not disturbing anyone else but the downside was other people could still hear the sound/dialogue, just couldn't hear it properly which made it a bit of an irritation to others. Definitely would be good in a shared house but didn't do it for me in a family home.

I really enjoy using the speaker neckband. The sound quality is excellent, an immersive experience - you really feel that you are surrounded by the sounds. The conversation, action or music dances from ear to ear if you move your head slightly. Small vibrations on the shoulder add to the experience! It is easy to use the phone facility. Using apps such as 'zoom' or 'teams' whilst wearing the neckband is easy. 'Working from home just got better! One touch of a button and you are connected. Really easy to connect to bluetooth. The only drawback is that two people cannot share the same experience at the same time because more than one device cannot connect to bluetooth at the same time. Product quality is excellent, a quality look and feel. Fits comfortably on the neck. Highly recommended.
