I want to buy a new camcorder. Is it possible to use de remote control of my DVD306E with a new CX250E Full HD? Thanks

    If you post up the model number of the remote, I'll double-check it with the compatible remotes for the CX250E. However I'm fairly sure it will work.

    The number of the remote is: RMT 835.

    Hi Joregien

     

    You'll need something like the CX350 to get wireless functionality and most of the higher-end handycams are compatible with your remote.

     

    The CX250 uses a wired controller like this: http://www.sony.co.uk/product/cac-other-accessories/rm-av2#/Compatibles
