Hi I have a vaio VPCEC3S0E laptop - I am currently having problems with my Bluetooth connection to my other devices. Although the software switch appears to switch on the Bluetooth when I try to connect to any of my paired devices this message appears -

This operation failed to initialise. Try again after turning off the Bluetooth device and then turning it back on. If the operation again fails to initialise, try after restarting this computer
