Vaio care doesnt work

My vaio care isnt even listed in the all programs, and when I click on vaio sopport I cant even go into the care window to find user account control. Any suggestions please??

    Could you please let us know what model vaio you have & wether you are still using the original pre-installed operating system..

    Have you tried searching for it via Windows search box? I think other Vaio Care can be accessed via system start up. I just couldn't remember how.

    I'm very new to computing and if I had changed the operating system how could I tell ? I did get Mcafee total protection and registered my products with sony and thats about all Ive done up to yet. Could Mcafee haved changed somthing ? Youd think vaio care and user account control still accesible !

    Mcafee is a piece of junk. My advise is to get rid of it, and get the most trusted one, Kaspersky.
