I recently got virgin media broadband and now can't access the wireless network through my USB plug-in. Help!

    Hi - you need to use the Sony Wireless dongle if you want to connect your TV to the Internet - or alternatively homeplugs or a direct connection via Ethernet cable.

     

    Is this what you are trying to do?

    welcome to Questions & Answers..

     

    Were you able to connect to your old router prior to virgin media being installed.?

     

    If so you will need to set up your network settings again (Home > settings > Network)
